How it works

Before a session starts, you each have the option to set your own individual focus and a shared one. That way Harmony knows what matters to each of you and can be sure to address it throughout the session. You also now both walk in clear on what you're here to work through.

In a real argument, when tensions are high, nobody finishes a thought. The second one of you speaks, the other's already reacting, cutting you off, defending themselves, and it spirals.

In a fully voice-to-voice session (typing always optional), Harmony addresses each of you individually, turn by turn, so you have the space to fully express everything you're carrying. This makes it far easier for honesty and vulnerability.

After each session, Harmony gives you shared takeaways, the patterns it noticed, small experiments to try, visualizations, and more. The insights you landed on don't stay in the session, they carry into your everyday life together.

FAQs

AI couples therapy is a guided conversation between you, your partner, and an AI therapist. Harmony sits with both of you in one shared session, helping each person feel heard and understand the other. Harmony draws on evidence-based couples approaches like the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IITO).
Yes. Harmony supports all kinds of relationships, romantic or otherwise: parents, friends, siblings, coworkers, and more. You can set the relationship type in the pre-session drawer.
Yes. Real couples have used Harmony, and keep coming back, to have the hard but meaningful conversations that break patterns they've been stuck in for years. It works because Harmony helps both people let down their guard, provides space to be less reactive, and brings the clarity that makes both partners feel heard.

Harmony also offers solo therapy sessions you can do on your own.
