Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Harmony ("the Service"). By using Harmony, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Harmony.
  • You agree to use Harmony only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and secure.

2. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of any voice data, text, or other content you share with Harmony.
  • By using the Service, you allow us to process your content to provide you with conversational experiences.
  • We don't claim ownership over your content, and we do not share it unless described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of Harmony is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data we collect
  • How we use and store it
  • The third-party services we integrate with
  • Your rights and how to exercise them

4. Third-Party Services

Harmony integrates with services like OpenAI, Hume.ai, Supabase, Google Calendar, and others outlined in our privacy policy to deliver core functionality. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or behavior of these third-party services.

5. Google Calendar Integration

Harmony offers an optional Google Calendar integration that allows you to automatically add scheduled sessions as events on your Google Calendar.

  • By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant Harmony permission to view your calendar list (to let you choose which calendar to sync to) and to create, update, and delete events related to your scheduled sessions.
  • Harmony does not read, store, or analyze your existing calendar events. We only write events that you explicitly schedule within Harmony.
  • You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in your account settings. Disconnecting will stop Harmony from creating new events, but will not remove events already added to your calendar.
  • Google Calendar integration is entirely optional and is not required to use any other features of Harmony.

Harmony's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. SMS Messaging

Harmony SMS Reminders is an optional SMS messaging program for session reminders and inactivity nudges. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Harmony. Message frequency varies based on your individual settings and which reminders you choose to enable.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You can also disable SMS reminders in your Harmony account settings.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at team@harmonyappai.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of Harmony.

For details on how we handle your phone number and messaging data, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using Harmony at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email.

Your continued use of Harmony after any updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
